At Akiki London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 28 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
